Delivery Info
No deliveries will be made without a phone number and we suggest giving a cell number as well. We do call before delivery to make sure the recipient is there to receive the item.
Studio deliveries must include the building and/or room number.
For apartments and hospitals, be sure to note any additional names that the recipient might be using.
Out cut off time for same day deliveries is 1 PM, Monday through Friday and 11 AM on Saturday. If you want something delivered the same day after the cut off time, please place your order over the phone and we will try to accommodate you.
